A supervisory/managerial level course for those who are responsible for overseeing the production or retail of food, and who are accountable for ensuring that food hygiene standards are always maintained to a high level. On this course, delegates will gain an in-depth understanding of areas such as temperature control and cleaning practices, so that they can ensure the safety of staff and consumers alike.

Our Food Safety Level 3 course is designed for those working with food at a supervisory or managerial level. Delegates can choose a pathway to support their specific role; these pathways are Catering, Retail and Manufacturing, and the training is suitable for delegates who manage or supervise staff in the following roles:

How long is this food safety course?

The course lasts 3 days and upon the last delegates will be awarded a certificate upon completion of a multiple choice exam. HABC accreditation is also available upon request.

How is the training delivered?

We can deliver your food safety training to suit any requirements which you may have; whether you would prefer it to be delivered to you in-house, or if you would rather attend an open course at one of our 300+ centres nationwide, the choice is entirely up to you!
